The Future

The senior partner of Venus Homes, Kostas Antoniou, completed his first development in Cyprus in 1988. Since then, based in his head office in Xylophagou, the company has grown from strength to strength developing and selling in the region of 500 houses and flats within the Larnaca area.

 In 2006, UK developer Mark Goldbart joined forces with Kostas Antoniou to bolster the company’s financial base and expand its development programme.

 An international professional team has been assembled to work closely with the Cypriot professional team in an attempt to improve the quality of build and all areas of the company’s service.

In 2006 Venus Homes developed and sold in excess of 100 units and it is expected that the company in 2008 will embark on a development programme in excess of 1,000 units per year.
